Column-based recognition is tested against the original fixtures and an additional watermarked synthetic checking statement. This does not certify every bank layout. Check all extracted rows against your original.

Is your PDF text-based?
Try selecting a transaction description in a PDF viewer. If you can select individual words, the file likely contains a text layer. A text layer alone does not mean its layout is supported.
Current limits
Single file, single account, English, USD. Each file can have up to 1,000 pages, 50 MB and 20,000 transactions. Column-based tables require recognizable dates, descriptions, amounts, running balances and opening/closing balances. Your remaining page allowance must cover the entire file. Scans and encrypted PDFs are not supported.
How real-bank support will be added
At least 30 authorized, redacted statements and 1,000 labeled transactions are required, with at least one third held out for evaluation. Each supported bank, account type and layout version will be listed here after validation.
